Finding the whole new ground up in the air.

Aerial YOGA is a new form of relaxation and stretch. It is the grounding experience without the ground and uses gravity in the air for the body’s benefit. Aerial is one of the best ways of decompressing the spine without straining joints and opening hips naturally. Christopher Harrison originally developed the aerial movement to reconstruct his injured body and found the excellent benefits of the aerial yoga.

It uses the silk hammock which can sustain more than one ton of weight. Need to be a little adventurous to let go of the ground to find a new way of grounding through the gravity in the air. Aerial can be very challenging and exciting with lots of movement and inversions, or very relaxing and restorative inside of the hammock as if being transferred back to the womb.
