The practice of YOGA with Kaylie Kim is based on Hatha yoga for all level.
As Patanjali’s yoga sutra refers, “Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind.”
The class aims at the experience itself through the practice at the present moment.
Physical strength and body/mind awareness are consequences of the practice, not goal. The goal of YOGA with Kaylie Kim is the practice itself, here and now, and that’s enough.

About Kaylie Kim

Kaylie Kim had involved herself in various physical activities until she found yoga as her favorite form of body and mind practice. She practiced various types of yoga under many teachers, finding the merits of each one of them. She especially appreciates the teachings of Joshua, Yoganand, Cristie, Tory, and Jennifer. The invisible and visible transformations in her mind and body led her onto the path of yoga, wanting to share her experience with the world.

She is a 200-RYT certified at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and an aerial yoga teacher certified at Antigravity Lab. She is trained for TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga) by David Emerson and Jenn Turner of JRI. She is also certified for Five Element Yoga® by Jennifer Reis. She is working toward 500-RYT and therapeutic yoga professional.
